Job Title: Assistant Headteacher

Location: Bennerley Fields School

Grade/Scale: Leadership Scale L4-L8 £55,746 - £61,534 per annum

Contract: Full Time

Initially the role will be the Personal Development Lead, overseeing our therapeutic curriculum and personal development offer, and working closely with the SENDCO. Other areas of responsibility will include subject leader role (subject to be decided with the successful candidate), staff absence and cover, and undertaking some staff appraisals.  All leadership roles and responsibilities may change over time as the school develops or leadership positions change, and the successful candidate will need to be able to oversee and lead different areas of the school in the future as required, and in discussion with the Headteacher.
