About this Role

This position is working over 4 days, 22 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, from 8.50 am to 3.20 pm, term time only.

We are seeking an outstanding, qualified HLTA who will successfully lead classes across the school, providing class cover, including for PPA, in-class support and interventions in Key Stage 1 and 2.   If you are an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, we would love to hear from you.

Good standards in English and mathematics are essential, as well as a clear understanding of what effective teaching and learning looks like in the primary phase.  You need to be patient and adaptable to work with a wide range of children of varying abilities.

You must ensure you have the capacity and flexibility to be deployed across the school to provide high-quality teaching and learning whilst maintaining strong relationships and behaviour for learning.

Visits to our school are strongly encouraged.  Please call to arrange an appointment.  We look forward to welcoming you to our hard-working, supportive and friendly school.

Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust (EFSPT) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to a successful DBS check and pre-employment checks will be undertaken before an appointment is confirmed. Online searches are conducted on all shortlisted candidates. EFSPT is committed to equality and to making fair and equitable treatment an integral part of everything we do
