About this Role

Poplar Farm is a vibrant school which opened in September 2018. We are a warm, caring and inclusive school where pupils are at the heart of every decision we make. We are looking to appoint a hardworking and enthusiastic Pastoral Teaching Assistant to support pupil learning and development. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing nurture individual or group support for children
  • Motivating and encouraging pupils
  • Supporting children with social, emotional and friendship issues
  • Providing support across a range of child centred activities to promote child development and learning
