We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and approachable Caretaker to join our team.

Specific requirements:

The post is 52.14 working weeks
You would be expected to work during school holidays,
Annual leave entitlement will be agreed in line with the business needs

So it is not suitable if you only want term-time-only work.

The successful candidate will need to:

Have a good working knowledge of facility management
Experience of working with contractors
Working knowledge of Health & Safety law and Fire safety law
The ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and site risk assessments
Good communication and organisational skills
DIY and handy person skills
Good computer skills
A flexible ‘solution-focused’ approach and attitude to work
