We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and approachable Caretaker to join our team.

Specific requirements: 

  • The post is 52.14 working weeks 
  • You would be expected to work during school holidays,
  • Annual leave entitlement will be agreed in line with the business needs 

So it is not suitable if you only want term-time-only work.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have a good working knowledge of facility management 

  • Experience of working with contractors 

  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety law and Fire safety law

  • The ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and site risk assessments 

  • Good communication and organisational skills 

  • DIY and handy person skills 

  • Good computer skills 

  • A flexible ‘solution-focused’ approach and attitude to work
