The Role
We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and hard working Site Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our academy site, providing a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

As part of this team you would assist in the efficient and effective site management of the Academy and could be involved in ensuring the security, maintenance, cleanliness and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with Spencer Academy Trust standards. 

We would like someone to join the team in January 2026 working 5 days a week. 

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
