Join Our Team as a Senior Behaviour Support Mentor!

32.5 hours a week Monday - Friday, Term-time only.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? At Bayside Academy, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Behaviour Support Mentor to help pupils thrive both in learning and life.

Bayside Academy is a Primary school in Poole, Dorset with classes from EYFS to Year 6.

In this role, you’ll:

Deliver targeted interventions to support positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral teams to create a supportive environment.
Plan enrichment activities and life skills sessions to prepare pupils for successful transitions.
Monitor and improve behaviour strategies across the academy.
Resolve difficulties causing concerns as quickly as possible
