About the Role
Heworth Grange School, part of Consilium Academies, is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Principal – SENDCO to play a pivotal role in our next phase of school improvement.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a values-driven leader with a strong moral purpose to shape inclusive practice, champion SEND and disadvantaged learners, and contribute strategically at senior leadership level. The successful candidate will combine outstanding SEND expertise with the ability to lead people, systems and culture to ensure every child receives the education they deserve.
As SENDCO, you will provide strategic leadership for SEND, inclusion and Pupil Premium, while also contributing to whole-school leadership, teaching and learning, and staff development.
