We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our dedicated team on a part‑time basis (0.4 FTE). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive learning environment where pupils are engaged, motivated, and supported to achieve their best.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency across the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work effectively as part of a team, including shared planning with a job‑share partner if applicable
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning
What We Are Looking For
- A qualified teacher (QTS required)
- Experience in primary education (suitable for ECTs or experienced teachers)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reflective, and flexible approach
