About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our dedicated team on a part‑time basis (0.4 FTE). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive learning environment where pupils are engaged, motivated, and supported to achieve their best.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency across the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team, including shared planning with a job‑share partner if applicable
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning

What We Are Looking For

  • A qualified teacher (QTS required)
  • Experience in primary education (suitable for ECTs or experienced teachers)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, reflective, and flexible approach
