We are seeking to appoint two inspirational Inclusion Worker who are dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their full potential.
We have two vacancies - one role is 37 hours per week and permanent and one role is 30 hours per week and temporary until 31 August 2026.
The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting behaviour for learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
