About this Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of students. You should have a strong understanding of education and a desire to support the growth of every child. The ideal candidate will be a team player, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a thriving learning environment. Whether you are an experienced educator or looking to take the next step in your career, you will be expected to bring a positive, proactive attitude to your work and a commitment to continuous improvement. It would be desirable for the candidate to be able to teach both Sociology and History within our Humanities Department, however this is not essential.

Our school is part of a collaborative and dynamic Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) that fosters an inclusive and ambitious learning community. We are dedicated to providing high-quality education, creating an environment where every individual is encouraged to reach their full potential. Our school culture promotes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

About the Trust

BMAT is a thriving community of schools, committed to providing an outstanding education for every student attending one of our schools. We create environments where individuals matter, confidence flourishes, and every child can achieve exceptional outcomes. We currently oversee seven secondary academies and five primary academies, primarily located in Harlow, with additional sites in Newham and Stansted.

The Trust’s vision is clear - to work together to smash through the barriers that prevent children from becoming confident, high-achieving, and independent individuals.

What can BMAT offer you?  BMAT provides a range of benefits to support your personal and professional well-being:

· Enhanced and flexible PPA
