The successful applicant will be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students. We are seeking to appoint an individual who:

• Has experience of supporting individual needs and understands how students learn
• Has an enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing
• Has experience of working with small groups and providing 1:1 support (desirable)
• Is able to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs and priorities of the academy
• Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students
• Is proficient with the use of IT to support learning
• Is willing to promote academy ethos and support our extra-curricular programmes
