Your
role:
As a trainee teacher of MFL, you will learn
to craft engaging, well-planned lessons that bring language learning to life
and support every student to achieve their full potential. You will develop the
skills to teach across Key Stages, building students’ confidence in
communication while promoting a love of languages and cultural understanding.
With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will plan, deliver and assess
learning, gaining experience in monitoring progress, adapting teaching to meet
varied needs, and creating inclusive classrooms where every learner feels
valued and challenged.
You will grow into a teacher who sets high
expectations, builds positive relationships and inspires young people through
creative and purposeful learning experiences. Alongside this, you will
contribute to the wider life of the Academy, supporting students’ personal
development, working collaboratively with colleagues, and engaging with
professional development opportunities that strengthen your practice.
We are looking for someone with a passion
for languages, a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to developing
effective teaching and learning strategies. You will be motivated to raise
achievement, able to build rapport with students and colleagues, and eager to
learn how to deliver inclusive, high-quality lessons that support all learners
to thrive.
