An opportunity has arisen at Cranford CE Primary School! We are looking to recruit a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, to join our committed team, to support a child on a 1:1 basis and to support the learning and pastoral needs of our children.

This role will involve working 1:1 with children with specific educational needs in our Reception Class. As such, this role will involve working collaboratively, sensitively, and empathetically, to supervise and support pupils in the learning environment, including more in-depth support on a 1:1 basis, to promote independence, inclusion, acceptance and support social development and welfare needs, whilst the equality of access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
