THE ROLE OF THE HEADTEACHER

The Headteacher will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
  • Contribute to the Wembley Multi Academy Trust Executive Team leadership
  • Lead and manage teaching and learning to ensure high standards
  • Promote a culture of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Manage staff performance and professional development
  • Oversee the efficient use of resources and budget
  • Work closely with governors, the local authority, and external partners
  • Represent the school positively within the wider community This role requires a strong moral purpose, excellent leadership skills, and a clear vision for school improvement.
