We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, creative, and passionate teacher of MFL. The successful candidate will be someone who will supplement and enhance a strong and supportive department, which has a high intake of GCSE students each year. The MFL department is a young, vibrant and forward-thinking team with a strong track record of success, achieving 82.5% Grade 9–4 last year. It is built on high expectations and a strong work ethic, while remaining highly supportive and collaborative. Most importantly, students genuinely enjoy languages and are engaged by a culture that makes learning both challenging and enjoyable. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or Early Careers Teacher with the right skill set to build and develop their career. We are looking for a teacher who is creative, motivated, and innovative with a love for their subject, who can engage young people in learning. 

Role Requirement:

Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning in French & Spanish. 

Dedication with a high aspiration and ambition for all pupils 

QTS with classroom experience 

Self-motivation and the ability to inspire others 

Hard working and Self-sufficient with the ability to lead on own area of specialism 

Excellent ICT skills 

Strong classroom management skills
