This is a truly exciting time to join The East Manchester Academy as we continue our journey of transformation. Following our most recent Ofsted inspection in March 2025, we are proud to have been judged ‘Good’ overall, with ‘Outstanding’ in Personal Development and Leadership and Management. Ideally, you will have experience of working with data systems (such as SIMS) and an understanding of examinations processes, although a willingness to learn and adapt is equally important. You are flexible, proactive and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong alignment to the values and ethos of the academy. Above all, you are dedicated to ensuring a fair, secure and well-managed examination experience for all students.
