Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a unique opportunity to shape the future of a brand-new setting? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at New Bradwell School to help establish a thriving provision for 2 and 3-year-olds, our Little Learners.

We are looking for experienced pre-school and nursery practitioners, who have had experience of working with children between the ages of 2 and 5. A passion for learning through play and skills to support and scaffold play are essential. We will only consider dates with a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver a high-quality curriculum that supports children's learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to design and develop a new provision that meets the needs of young children and their families.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, promoting early help and ensuring a smooth transition to school.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using a variety of assessment methods.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive learning environment.
