Job details: Cleaner
12.5 hours a week, Monday to
Friday 3.30pm to 6pm.
Term time only plus 1 week
Band 1 £24310 to £24413 full time equivalent pro-rata (dependent on experience).
Contract : permanent
Start date: Monday 23 February 2026 (or could be sooner, subject to references, employment checks & clear Enhanced DBS)
Closing date: Wednesday 21 January 2026 (midday)

We are looking for a well
organised, self-motivated person to join our friendly and approachable staff
team. Both experienced and new to role
would be welcome to apply given relevant skills. The cleaner will report directly to the Caretaker.
As a Cleaner, you will be
responsible for ensuring we provide a clean and safe learning environment for
pupils and staff. You will be joining
our site team who are all enthusiastic and friendly and follow an organised,
efficient cleaning programme. You will
need to be resilient and hard working with the ability to work to your own
initiative while understanding the need to work as part of a cohesive team. You will be required to work term time plus
one week in the school summer holidays to achieve the deep clean of the school
and its wider areas.
There may also be the need to be
flexible to meet the needs of the school and support out of school events.
