Midday Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:45am – 1:15pm (Term time only, 38 weeks per year)
We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our school team. This role is vital in supporting our children’s wellbeing and helping to create a positive, safe and happy environment during the lunchtime period.
Assisting young children while they eat, encouraging good table manners and healthy eating habits.
Supervising the dining hall to ensure lunchtime runs smoothly and safely.
Organising and leading engaging play activities in the playground, or indoors during wet weather.
Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion during play.
Administering basic first aid when required and ensuring children are well cared for.
Enjoys working with children and understands their needs.
Is approachable, friendly, and able to build positive relationships.
Can work effectively as part of a team and follow school policies.
Has a calm, patient, and caring manner.
(First Aid training is desirable, but training can be provided.)
This is a rewarding role where you will play an important part in children’s social development and daily school experience.
