Hours of work: 2 days 10:45 - 18:30 and 3 days
10:30-18:30 with 30 minutes lunch.

Caldmore
Primary Academy are looking for a Site Supervisor to work within the academy
and be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day management and operation of
premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance,
security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.
The
successful candidate will be able to understand and apply Health and Safety
Regulations, effectively supervise onsite contractors and be competent at basic
building repairs and maintenance. It is essential that the successful
candidate has strong literacy and numeracy skills, be first aid trained and
MIDA trained or be willing to undertake this training, have working
knowledge or relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and have completed
Safeguarding level 1 training.
