Aim and main purpose of the job:
Teachers make the education of their pupils

integrity; have strong subject knowledge, are skilled teaching and learning
focussed practitioners; forge positive professional relationships; and work

This role involves teaching and supporting
children with high-level needs, creating a positive and inclusive learning
environment where every child can thrive. We are looking for a
teacher with a passion for working with our children who have complex SEND,
teaching from our Blossom curriculum (created by our Trust Inclusion leads and
Curriculum leads). The Blossom Curriculum has been specifically designed
to support children working outside of the National Curriculum. We would
like candidates who have a deep passion to provide an education for children
with complex needs to ensure our children thrive both as part of our school
community and as an individual.
