on our next phase of growth we are seeking to appoint new members to our team
to support us on our journey to excellence. We strive to provide an exceptional
educational experience for every student. Our values and culture of ambition,
excellence, kindness, inclusion and community underpin this vision.
The Cover Supervisor role offers the successful candidates the perfect
opportunity to become involved in the learning of young people. This can be a

with young people in the future. We support our cover supervisors’ specialisms

The ability to work as a team and learn new skills is more important than
previous experience, and full training will be provided.
Duties include supporting a mixture of classes during the absence of the
regular class teacher, setting the work provided, monitoring/managing behaviour
and keeping students on task as well as supporting teachers in the classroom.
You will have high standards of expectation, deliver lively and engaging
lessons from existing plans and support students by responding to questions.
Although you will not be teaching, ensuring the students keep on task is most
important, so good classroom management is essential. In quieter times, you may
