Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form
secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just
under 1,000 students on roll across Year 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust
which comprises of Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and
Boorley Park Primary School. We will
have a PAN of 1050 when full.
As we embark on our next phase of growth we are seeking to appoint new members to our team to support us on our journey to excellence. We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative and passionate practitioner to join our Technology Department at Deer Park School. We currently offer Design and Technology - timbers specialism and Food Preparation and Nutrition at GCSE. We are looking to expand our offering to include Design and Technology - Textiles specialism and are looking for the right person to launch and teach this exciting new venture. Candidates should have a textiles specialism and ideally be versatile in also teaching design and/or food at KS3. You must have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK.
