About this Role

Join Our New Nursery Team – Early Years Practitioner Wanted

Brenzett Primary School are excited to be opening a brand‑new nursery and are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to help shape something special from the very beginning.

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Nurse or Early Years Teaching Assistant who is committed to giving children the very best start in life.

This post is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday term time only plus one week (39 weeks).

About the Role

You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children feel happy, confident, and eager to learn. You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, support each child’s development, and build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and child‑centred approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive team player with a genuine love for early years education
