As our EYFS Teacher/Nursery Lead, you will:

You will be an enthusiastic, child‑centred educator with:

Qualified
Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS/Early Years equivalent

A
passion and commitment to ongoing professional development
·
A strong
knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
·
An
understanding of and experience within KS1 and or KS2 (desirable)
·
Experience
leading or mentoring a team (desirable)
·
Excellent
communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
·
A
creative, nurturing approach to early years education balanced with an
appreciation of the link between foundational skills and long term academic
success
·
A
commitment to inclusion, diversity and high‑quality practice
·
Excitement
about helping to build and shape a brand‑new provision

A
solutions-based approach to problem solving
