Church Drive wish to appoint inspirational
and enthusiastic 2:1 teaching assistants who have the drive, vision, energy and
commitment to join our hardworking and passionate team.
We welcome applications from those who have worked in a school or external nursery settings for this post and someone who has a desire to join our school community.
We are looking to appoint an individual who:
● Has experience with PEG feeding and intimate cate, or is willing to undertake this form of care for a child in F2.

Is an
excellent classroom practitioner who values ‘inclusion’ in all aspects of
school life.

Demonstrates
high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour, through school
improvement.
●
Is creative
and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes:

Has good
organisational and interpersonal skills.

Has flair,
talent and initiative to find solutions.
●
Demonstrates a
commitment to raising standards, keeping children safe and behaviour
management.
●
Is able to
work in close partnership with the whole Trust community and all stakeholders.
● Has a clear understanding and knowledge regarding Early Years Statutory Framework and Development Matters.
