About this Role

Church Drive wish to appoint inspirational and enthusiastic 2:1 teaching assistants who have the drive, vision, energy and commitment to join our hardworking and passionate team.

We welcome applications from those who have worked in a school or external nursery settings for this post and someone who has a desire to join our school community.

We are looking to appoint an individual who:

        Has experience with PEG feeding and intimate cate, or is willing to undertake this form of care for a child in F2.

        Is an excellent classroom practitioner who values ‘inclusion’ in all aspects of school life.

        Demonstrates high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour, through school improvement.

        Is creative and enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes:

        Has good organisational and interpersonal skills.

        Has flair, talent and initiative to find solutions.

        Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards, keeping children safe and behaviour management.

        Is able to work in close partnership with the whole Trust community and all stakeholders.

        Has a clear understanding and knowledge regarding Early Years Statutory Framework and Development Matters.
