About this Role

Lavender Primary is a friendly, diverse, warm and welcoming two form entry school which also offers a Pre-School for 2 – 3 years, a Nursery for 3 – 4 years and an SEND Unit for pupils with complex needs.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and committed School Office Manager.  The candidate will need effective internal and external communication skills, administration and organisation skills, and be proficient at using various software tools.  The successful candidate will be expected to complete a wide range of duties in a busy office environment supporting the development of the school.  Accuracy and an eye for detail are essential – especially when this role will entail high levels of finance related work, HR responsibilities and management of school lettings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who has the desire to make a difference to everyone who is part of our lovely school.  We invest in professional development for staff at all levels.

If you believe you have the skills needed for this very important role and the desire to work in a school such as this, then we would like to hear from you.
