We are looking for two Teaching Assistant’s (Level 1) to join Highfield Ely Academy, working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, independence and wellbeing across the school day. This role centres on helping children engage, understand and succeed, whether through small-group support, encouraging positive behaviour or preparing a purposeful learning environment. It offers a varied and hands-on contribution to classroom life, as well as the wider experience of pupils in and beyond lessons.
