An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Term Cover Supervisor at Horton Grange Primary School, until 31 August 2026. 

The successful candidate will occupy a key role within the school, assisting Class Teachers in the whole planning cycle, and the management and preparation of resources.  In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for effectively and independently implementing agreed work programmes with individual pupils or groups, in or out of the classroom.

The successful candidate will;

• Be prepared to deliver prepared lessons for the year group they are covering.

Essential requirements for this role are;

• GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) English and Maths
• Fluency of the English Language at an Advanced Threshold Level
• Having an understanding of how children develop and learn
• Ability to manage workloads and work calmly under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Participation in development and training opportunities as they arise
