We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and forward-thinking Class Teacher at Harrold Primary Academy. This is a full-time teaching post to start ready for the Summer Term.   This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to children's learning and development by delivering creative and engaging lessons. You will provide a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment for all our children to help them achieve their full potential and a love for learning.  You will be part of a fantastic team of teachers and support staff working closely together to create fulfilling learning opportunities for our children. Our family of schools provide exceptional support and professional development opportunities for all of our staff.

The ideal candidate: 

  • QTS teaching qualification 
  • Experience of teaching Key Stages One and/or Two
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team 
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues 

About Harold Primary Academy

Harrold Primary Academy is a one-form entry, community primary academy, situated in the village of Harrold in North Bedfordshire. The Academy lies in the heart of the community, believing that close cooperation between home and school is essential.  Harrold Primary Academy is a happy, caring, and supportive school. The Academy was formed on the site of Harrold Lower School and Harrold Priory Middle School, opening its doors to the pupils aged 4 - 11 years in September 2017.
