The role:
An
exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join an already
existing committed team at Selston High School. Within this role you will oversee
key operational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running
of our school. You will manage and develop support staff and site. As the main
liaison between the school and the Trust’s central team, you will lead high‑quality
support services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure full
compliance across the areas which fall within your remit.
The person:
The ideal candidate will be
enthusiastic, hardworking and organised. They will have experience of working
in a school environment and in a customer service focused role. We are looking
for someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service provided within
the school and manage and motivate colleagues.
