Hours: 35 hours per week /39 weeks per year

Position:  Permanent/Part Time

Salary: £22,960 - £25,310 (£28,142-£31,022 FTE )

Grade: Band 4 (Points 11-17)

Start Date: 13 April 2026

Closing date: 0900 am 8 January 2026

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our Office and Administration. 

 The purpose of the role is to be responsible for maintaining pupil data, running admissions, HR and Payroll, Finance Admin and providing administrative support to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and other staff. You will oversee the Admin Office, provide guidance and support, and manage the front office as the first point of contact for the school community and visitors.  The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm.

 Due to the nature of this role, experience of working in a school office is essential.
