Overview of the role:
We
are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has
:
- experience of working with children
- the ability to communicate effectively
- experience to encourage and lead positive and active play experiences
and opportunities
- experience of supporting and fostering positive relationships between children as they play together
The ideal candidate will be caring, responsible and able to work as part of a team. In this role, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during the lunchtime period, supporting the school’s policy for promoting positive behaviour. Previous experience of working as a midday supervisor within a primary school would be an advantage.
This crucial position will involve providing individual lunchtime assistance to individual learners as well as intimate / personal care for pupils ranging in age from two to nineteen. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and guidance.
