As a Teaching Assistant you will:
* Support pupils in the classroom, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
* Help pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence.
* Assist with behaviour support, communication and emotional regulation.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is kind, resilient and patient.
* Has genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
* Can build positive and trusting relationships.
* Is able to remain calm in challenging situations.
* Has good communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience in a school or care setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.15pm based on a 32.5 hour week, Term Time only.
