We are seeking to appoint an organised, flexible and positive Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for a well-organised, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual who can take on the role as an effective office manager, including health and safety duties. This is an important and busy role providing administrative management and acting as a professional point of contact for the school. The role will be varied and ideally suited to an organised and efficient individual with an eye for detail and accuracy, and who understands the importance of confidentiality and integrity in the workplace.
The post holder will be responsible for
organising and supervising administrative systems within the school, contributing
to the planning, development and monitoring of support services within the
school, managing the main office staff, providing assistance with premises and
financial issues to the Head Teacher and Leadership Team, as well as being the school’s Health and
Safety Co-ordinator.
We
are a warm and welcoming village school comprising of one reception class of 20
children and four mixed-year group classes. We have strong links with our local
community and our families are supportive of the school. We would love to
