About this Role

Our outstanding Nursery and Pre-School at Ernesettle Community School are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our exceptional team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality early education and care.

As a key member of our Early Years provision, you will help create a warm, calm and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
  • Has experience working in a nursery or preschool setting
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Brings creativity, empathy, and energy to every aspect of their practice
  • Is passionate about fostering early language, social and emotional development
  • Is confident building strong relationships colleagues and families
