Location: Hill View Primary, Hill View Road, Bournemouth, BH10 5BD
Actual Salary Range: NJC Grade 5 pt 10-15, £7,484 - £8,114 Actual Annual Salary
Contract Type: Permanent / Part time, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 10 per week, Monday to Friday 4pm - 6pm
About the role
We are looking to appoint a Site Assistant who will primarily be responsible for the locking up of the School Site daily, during term time. Other Site Assistant duties will also be required at Hill View Primary with occasional support being provided at Malmesbury Park Primary.

• Relevant experience of working in a similar role
• Have the ability to work independently and use own initiative when required
• Be able to display effective communication skills with both children and adults
Be eager to work collaboratively in a wider team, be adaptable and open to new ideas and practices
• Ensure safe working practises and safeguarding practises are upheld
• Able to deal with change and unpredictability positively with a “can do” attitude.
• Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths

Hill View Primary Academy provides a happy, secure and stimulating
learning environment for every child. Life and learning at Hill View is
memorable – we aim to create happy memories children can take long into the
future, as well as the skills necessary to succeed. Our teachers and teaching
assistants are highly trained and well experienced in all aspects of primary
education, meaning our children are supported, encouraged and well-led

Hill View Primary is a successful, highly
regarded three-form entry primary academy with a PAN of 630. The Academy was
inspected in May 2024 and received a Good rating: ‘Cross-curricular links add
purpose to pupils’ learning and enable them to apply their skills and
understanding in different subjects. Additionally, leaders have ensured that
the school’s focus on pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development
is reflected in the curriculum.’
