About this Role

We wish to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and well-motivated KS1 teacher who is committed to providing inspirational and motivational learning opportunities for children. Ridgeway Farm CE Academy is a fully inclusive school with a deeply rooted Christian ethos and a strong community spirit, where both staff and pupils are nurtured, valued and supported. Our school is proud of its outstanding and welcoming environment, where positive relationships and an ambitious curriculum help children flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will possess excellent KS1 curriculum knowledge, high-quality teaching skills and strong communication and teamwork abilities. They will share our passion for delivering creative learning experiences that inspire curiosity, ignite imagination and build confidence. We are looking for someone who is committed to continuous professional growth, embraces collaboration and demonstrates a desire to engage in CPD, supporting both their own development and the ongoing success of our school.

Would you like:

To work in a forward thinking school where teachers enjoy learning with the children and plan work that motivates them and the pupils?

To work alongside outstanding teachers who let their creativity guide them?

To join a warm, friendly and supportive team, driven by shared values and inspired by our school’s vision?

To play a part in helping children at Ridgeway Farm build cherished memories they will carry with them for a lifetime?

If so, we will expect you to want the very best for our pupils, hold high expectations for all learners, and be committed to making a lasting difference. We welcome applications from experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career within a rich learning environment, supported by a school that invests in its people and celebrates innovation, well-being and excellence.
