and proactive Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young
people and making a difference to their educational journey.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will
work closely with students and teachers to nurture learning, build confidence,
and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment. You will need to
communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and bring a professional,
flexible approach to everything you do. Strong IT and administrative skills are
key, and above all, you’ll have a genuine commitment to supporting the success
and wellbeing of our students.
