  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community 
  • Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom 
  • Can work creatively with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment, meeting the needs of the pupils and curriculum 
  • Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly, and independently
  • Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations 
  • Is passionate about children’s learning and well-being 
  • Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
