 About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work alongside

the class teacher to help deliver stimulating and fulfilling lessons as well

as providing ongoing SEND support for individual pupils including those with an EHCP.

Provide specific support to the teacher in the care of pupils and

management of the classroom. You should have an ability to relate

with children enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly to overcome

barriers relating learning to real life whist trying to broaden experience,

are all essential skills.

The successful candidate will:

·                     Have experience of working to support children’s learning, gained in a relevant environment is essential

·                     Ideally have NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or willing to work towards

·                     Have high expectations of themselves and others, including pupils

·                     Have passion, dedication and commitment

·                     Hold high aspirations for all children

·                     Have the ability to engage and inspire children
