To support us to achieve our ongoing goals and the very best for our children, we are now seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our amazing team. In this role you will be supporting our teachers in providing high quality teaching and covering classroom teaching when required. Experience providing classroom cover is essential for this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for small group interventions when not providing classroom cover teaching.
You will be joining a high performing team which delivers an exciting, creative and inclusive curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. We create a community where children are empowered to unlock their full potential and one which celebrates independence, tolerance, success and excellence. We take time to invest in our people, connecting you to opportunities across Red Kite Learning Trust and the wider Red Kite Alliance. We actively encourage our team to develop their own skills and follow a passion to enhance our curriculum offer. We have an established wrap-around childcare offer, and there are opportunities for our staff to work beyond the school day through leading enrichments.
