About this Role

We will look to you to help create and maintain a love of learning, which supports our positive child-centred approach and that that ignites children's Curiosity, Exploration and Discovery, motivates them to do well and to become the best they can be.

In return you will benefit from a stimulating, supportive ethos. Colleagues who work together harmoniously to benefit the children. Opportunities for further training and professional development.

The school encourages pupils’ talents and interests well. Pupils enjoy the ‘museum learning’ approach to finding out more. They are curious, ask questions and learn well from experts, experiences and artefacts. This may be from the objects which are on display, such as an Olympic torch, to Reception children experiencing ‘sand between their toes’. Children in early years learn to retell stories. Pupils adore their teachers reading to them. Ofsted, June 2024
