Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieved above national average in all measures and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking to appoint a reliable, practical and security conscious Site Assistant to be responsible for securing the school buildings, grounds and boundaries at the end of the day ensuring a safe, locked down environment.
Reporting in to the Site Manager, the Site Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our school premises with a specific focus on evening lock up procedures. This is an essential position in keeping our school secure and safeguarding our pupils, staff and visitors.
