Riverside Primary School is looking to appoint a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Leader to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our pupils start their day in a safe, happy and positive environment.

Hours 7:30am – 9:30am, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily running of the Breakfast Club.
• Provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for children before the school day begins.
• Prepare and supervise the serving of healthy breakfast options.
• Organise engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure high standards of behaviour and promote positive relationships.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with primary-aged children.
• Is positive, organised and dependable.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Has a clear understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.
• Holds a relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
