Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy is a warm and inclusive school with a committed team and a genuine sense of community pride. We are seeking an experienced and driven Headteacher who will continue to build on the school’s strengths shape its future direction and champion a culture where every child thrives.
As part of the Flying High Partnership, this role offers access to strong professional support, system leaders, and a highly collaborative network of Headteachers. The Flying High Partnership is a thriving multi-academy trust of 38 primary schools across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire. Founded in 2012, we are driven by a shared vision to be unique, exceptional, and sustainable, and we believe in the power of meaningful collaboration to help schools reach their full potential while supporting others along the way.
This position also includes the potential for an additional two recruitment and retention points for at least the first 12 months.
