Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students of all abilities across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work that align with the school’s curriculum and vision.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inspiring and effective learning environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong academic background in English and related subjects.
• A passion for teaching and helping students to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
