About this Role

We are seeking three full-time enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to continue supporting the team at Finedon Mulso C of E Junior School. The role will include supporting individual and small groups of pupils with SEND as well as class support.

We are looking for someone who:

Build positive relationships with pupils
Values personal development as well as academic achievement
Has good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience in Read, Write Inc and leading phonics
Demonstrates enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities
Has experience of working with pupils with a variety of needs

Hours of work: You will be required to work 31 hours and 40 minutes per week Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year. Daily hours are 8:35- 3:25 with 30 minutes for lunch.

Please note that holidays cannot be taken in term time, but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid accordingly.

Contract: There is one permanent contract and two named child contracts. The named child appointments are linked to the funding of children, however you may not be working directly with that child. If the child leaves, the appointment will end.
