At Temple Learning Academy, we believe education changes lives. As an all-through school at the heart of our community, you’ll work with students across all ages, seeing how maths learning develops from early years through to GCSE.  As an Early Career Teacher, this gives you a unique perspective, strengthens your practice, accelerates your learning and enables you to make a meaningful, long-term impact.

Central to everything we do is a commitment to our community and to advancing social justice. We serve families from richly diverse backgrounds, with over 50 languages spoken across our school. While our community faces real challenges, we are driven by a deep belief in equity, inclusion and opportunity for all. Our students are resilient, ambitious and full of potential and we work tirelessly to ensure every child is seen, supported and able to thrive.

Temple Learning Academy is on an exciting journey of improvement, with a clear focus on raising standards and strengthening the curriculum. You'll be supported by a collaborative maths department, backed by a strong school leadership team and specialist expertise from Red Kite Learning Trust.
