Assist and support
teaching and learning by working with individuals or groups of pupils. The
postholder will play a crucial part in ensuring the general care, safety, and
welfare of all pupils. This position significantly impacts the well-being of
individuals or groups by contributing to the assessment of pupil needs and
progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and
implementation of tailored support plans and will provide essential assistance
to all pupils including those with additional personal or special needs,
fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
